Our Vision

The countrywide demand for low cost housing coupled with Bowsalls’ aspirations to embrace modern off site build techniques has seen the Company develop its own modular housing brand known as ‘Housing for Humans’ with a major British blue chip manufacturer.

Our Drivers

Our drivers for building with Modern Methods of Construction have evolved through encountering all the inherent problems the housing sector faces today. As solution providers our volumetric build system saves construction time and costs whilst also addressing a number of key industry issues. These being:

These can be taken forward through our Construction Division on a design and build basis or Modules can simply be provided for our approved Contractors to install.

Cost Competitive

This visionary approach will enable Bowsall to guarantee to its clients an all-encompassing build cost per plot above dpc using its modular house type range.
